About Us

We work with young people who have experienced abuse, neglect, domestic violence, trauma, family breakdown, poor mental wellbeing, homelessness, exploitation, gang involvement, substance misuse, offending behaviour, or who have become disengaged from education, training, or employment. We also support young people who have run away from home, lack positive parental guidance, or are at risk of criminal or sexual exploitation. We recognise that many young people are not defined by their choices, but by the circumstances they have been exposed to, and we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life.

Our services are designed to help young people:

* Safely leave harmful environments and reduce the risk of running away from home.

* Recover from the effects of abuse, neglect, trauma, domestic violence, and exploitation.

* Exit gang involvement, county lines activity, criminal exploitation, violence, and substance misuse.

* Re-engage with education, training, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities.

* Develop confidence, resilience, emotional intelligence, and healthy coping strategies.

* Build positive relationships with trusted adults, peers, families, and their wider communities.

* Learn practical life skills, financial literacy, communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and independent living skills.

* Become active, responsible, and positive contributors to society.

We are committed to delivering holistic, trauma-informed support by working collaboratively with qualified professionals, from therapists and counsellors, to social workers, and other specialist organisations. Together, we deliver therapeutic workshops, one-to-one interventions, mentoring, family support, and group programmes that help young people understand and process trauma, improve emotional wellbeing, and develop the confidence and resilience needed to overcome life’s challenges.

Our therapeutic programmes focus on healing as well as prevention. Through evidence-based workshops, creative therapies, and practical interventions, we support young people to explore trauma recovery, mental health, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, self-esteem, identity, grief and loss, resilience, substance misuse recovery, online safety, exploitation awareness, and making positive life choices. By addressing the long-term effects of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), we create safe spaces where every young person feels heard, respected, valued, and empowered to heal.

Our Commitment

Our commitment extends beyond crisis intervention. We walk alongside young people throughout their journey, celebrating their achievements, supporting them through setbacks, and empowering them to become confident, independent, resilient adults who are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to thrive.

We are committed to breaking intergenerational cycles of abuse, violence, poverty, exclusion, offending, and exploitation by creating pathways to hope, stability, education, employment, and purpose. We believe that every young person deserves to feel safe, valued, respected, and heard, regardless of their background or circumstances.

We believe that healing happens through connection, opportunity, compassion, and consistent support. By investing in every young person’s potential, we help them move beyond survival towards a future filled with hope, ambition, independence, and opportunity. Through rehabilitation, prevention, intervention, education, and empowerment, we are committed to creating lasting change—not only for young people, but for their families, their communities, and future generations.
